Filipino Travel Center offer tours to Taal Volcano throughout

if there is a threat of a typhoon, high winds or large amount of
rainfall in the area. You will be given a full refund
or you can reschedule your trip.
Please be careful when booking tours to Pinatubo with local
travel agents; there is scant regard for health
and safety laws. Local officials in Taal Volcano are notorious for allowing tourists to
cross the lake by banca despite bad
weather and windy conditions..
